One of the biggest challenge people make when looking for a home is failing to find out how much of a home they can afford!!!  I cannot stress enough the importance of getting together with a lender prior to looking at homes.

By reviewing your financial position you’ll know what you can afford – then finding a home in that range will be so much more realistic!!  Some clients whom don’t follow this practice end up finding the perfect house – only to find out they can’t buy it (the dreaded heartache!!).
