  • Complete research and CMA on your home, it’s value, and competition
  • Provide an “independent” (and honest) evaluation of your home
  • Consult with you on recommended changes to assist in selling it.
  • Develop a marketing campaign that best get’s the word out about your home
  • Constant marketing until property closes
  • Negotiate Price,  Terms, and Contract with buyers/buyers agent
  • Arrange for all inspections
  • Negotiate repairs based on inspection report
  • Oversee all Transactional Details coordinating with; Inspectors, Repairmen, Title, Escrow, Appraisers… all with one goal in mind (To close on time)

Obviously there’s more to listing your home than I can write here!  There’s more to listing your home than is listed above.  For example, in the first 24 hours after listing your home I have a task list 15 items deep!
